Objective

The student is familiar with the national programmes and recommendations concerning nutrition. The student identifies, knows and can apply the possibilities of the developing of the nutrition quality at the different stages of planning products and services. The student is equipped to design, to execute and to evaluate the development projects of the nutrition quality.

The participation in the course requires the knowledge of Ravitsemustaito (Voutilainen E., Fogelholm M., Mutanen M. 2015) or the similar contents
