Objective

The goal of the "Retail Sales and Digitalization" course is to understand the business idea as the foundation of retail success factors, as well as the importance of digitalization and customer experience in retail.
The K Group is used as an example in the course, but it also provides extensive knowledge about the retail sector in general.
