Objective

The student knows the definition of facilitation and is able to apply facilitation methods in the work of a cultural producer, e.g. group inspiration, problem-solving and brainstorming, and involvement. He internalizes the guidance of people-to-people collaboration as part of a cultural producer’s expertise.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student has an understanding of the possibilities and methods of facilitation in the work of a cultural producer. He is able to apply some method in group guidance under supervision. The student is able to build a facilitation event under supervision and act as a facilitator.

The student has a clear understanding of the possibilities and methods of facilitation in the work of a cultural producer. He/she is able to apply some method in group guidance and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the method. The student is able to build a facilitation event and guide it well.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has a clear understanding of the possibilities and methods of facilitation in the work of a cultural producer. He/she is able to choose the right methods for the current situation and is able to read the group in such a way that he/she can modify the method according to the group's needs in the facilitation situation and is able to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the methods. The student is able to build a facilitation event into a functional and clear whole and to achieve the goals. The student is able to lead the event naturally.
