Objective
The student is familiar with the factors that influence the management of a diverse work community. The student is able to describe the key opportunities and tensions related to leading a diverse work community. The student recognizes the requirements of diversity for local management and is able to describe methods that support the functioning of a diverse work community. The student is able to evaluate the suitability of different operating models in conflict situations in the work community. The student is able to assess his / her ability to work in the management of a diverse work community.
