Objective
The students will:
- deepen their practical skills and theoretical knowledge to be able to work in the speciality they have chosen
-plan and use appropriate means of psysiotherapy to maintain and improve functional capacity in their patients/clients
- evaluate their work, and based on the evaluation, develop their professional action
Content
- Theoretical foundations and practices in the physiotherapy speciality selected by the student
- Management and quality management in a service organization (ITE self-assessment instrument, EFQM)
- Personnel management (recruitment, appraisal interviews, orientation for new employees, employee skills
- Effective performance in a service organization (BSC)

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
-Students have some knowledge of the physiotherapy speciality selected.
-They can implement physiotherapy when supported, but are unable to apply what they have learnt to new situations
-They cannot find solutions for new, unexpected situations without support
-Students are unable to evaluate and develop their action independently
-They do not justify their choices theoretically or based on evidence
-They cannot demonstrate by their action that they understand the meaning of management, development and quality management in work communities.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
-Students have sound knowledge of the physiotherapy speciality selected.
-They can implement physiotherapy independently, take into consideration client safety and to some extent apply what they have learnt to new situations
They can find some solutions for new, unexpected situations and they evaluate and develop their action based on the feedback they have received
- They partly justify their action theoretically, with help of evidence-based knowledge
-They demonstrate by their action that they understand the meaning of management, development and quality management in work communities.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
-Students have extensive, in-depth knowledge of the physiotherapy speciality selected.
-They work independently, attending to client safety and creatively integrating previously learnt contents into practice. -They find solutions for new, unexpected physiotherapy situations and demonstrate initiative in self-evaluation and development.
-Students justify their choices theoretically, with evidence-based knowledge.
-They demonstrate by their action that they understand the meaning of management, development and quality management in work communities.
