Objective

The students
- will be able to name the current national and the most significant international recommendations on health promotion (exercise, nutrition, clinical practice guidelines) and know how to apply them when counselling/guiding people of all ages on health promotion; they will become aware of principles and methods pertaining to health counselling and guidance and
learn to use a motivating approach to health counselling situations.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Satisfactory:
Students know a major part of the central concepts and theories of motor learning. Students can name some factors that are essential to motor learning but use them unsystematically when counselling individual patients/clients or groups. Students are familiar with most basic concepts in sports didactics and most principles of sports instruction and use them to some extent in physiotherapy situations with individual clients or groups.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good:
Students know central concepts and theories of motor learning. Students can name factors that are essential to motor learning and use them when counselling individual patients/clients or groups. Students are familiar with the principles of sports didactics and sports instruction and know how to apply them in routine physiotherapy situations with individual clients or groups.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent:
Students have excellent command of the central concepts and theories of motor learning and they are able to present them in a concrete form in counselling situations. Students can name factors that are essential to motor learning and competently apply them when counselling individual patients/clients or groups. Students are familiar with basic concepts of sports didactics and with the principles of sports instruction and know how to apply them in their work with individual clients or groups.
