Objective
The student is able to find and apply in practice legislation concerning employment such as protection against unilateral termination and legislation on the rights and obligations of different parties. S/he is able to make a valid employment contract and a testimonial.
The student is able to form an opinion on the legislation concerning the social security of employees and is able to describe and retell the essential principles and contents of the Collective Agreement Act and the Act on Co-operation within Undertakings
