Objective
This course is part of the Dairy Products Manufacturing module. The student knows the basic dairy processes and knows how to use them as part of the manufacturing process. The student understands the importance of the different basic processes as part of the entire processing and knows how to choose the right methods for processing different dairy products. The student knows the operating principles of different process devices and knows how to use device knowledge in process planning.

The student knows the most important dairy production methods and understands the operation of processes and equipment in the field. The student knows how to prepare and solve applicable computational equations of processes.

The student knows the most important manufacturing methods of dairy products and understands the operation of processes and equipment in the field. The student knows how to prepare and solve applicable equations of processes.

The student knows how to apply and develop different production methods of dairy products and knows how to manage unit processes and equipment in the industry.The student understands the importance of the operation of the equipment in terms of the process. The student can prepare and solve applicable computational tasks and problems related to processes and justify their solutions.
