Objective
The student
-is able to build professional relationships with children, groups of children, and families
-is able to observe, plan, implement, document, and evaluate pedagogical and social pedagogical activities in a child-centered manner
-is able to identify the support needs of children and families and draw conclusions from them in order to support the child's growth, development, and learning
- knows how to use appropriate pedagogical and social pedagogical methods to guide children and groups of children and evaluate the methods used in relation to the objectives and the child's overall well-being
- is able to evaluate their own activities and professional development needs from the perspective of the job description and role of an early childhood education social worker
- is able to act responsibly as a member of a team and work community and understands the importance of a multidisciplinary approach
- examines their observations ethically and reflects on their own actions and competence

Approved:
The student is able to create sensitive and dialogical interaction with children and groups of children. The student is able to build interaction and cooperate with the children's guardians. The student is able to set pedagogically and socio-pedagogically justified goals for their activities and evaluate their own activities in relation to these goals. The student is able to identify and evaluate both the individual needs of children and the needs of a group of children. The student is able to plan, guide, and support children in a goal-oriented manner through the pedagogical and social pedagogical frameworks of early childhood education. The student is able to describe and apply a child-centered early childhood education process and evaluate the significance of the methods used in early childhood education in terms of the child's growth. The student is able to examine the professional role and job description of a social worker in early childhood education as part of a multidisciplinary team. The student is able to work in cooperation with guardians, multi-professional early childhood education staff, and networks. The student is able to act as a responsible member of a team and work community and produce observations to support the planning and development of the activities of a group of children. The student is able to justify their actions in accordance with the ethical principles of early childhood education and respect the rights of children and families.
Rejected:
The student has challenges in building sensitive and dialogical interaction with children and groups of children. The student has difficulties in setting pedagogically and socio-pedagogically justified goals for their activities and in evaluating their own activities in relation to the goals set for the training. The student finds it difficult to identify and assess the support needs of a child or group of children. The student has shortcomings in the goal-oriented planning, guidance, and support of guided activities within the framework of early childhood education. The student has difficulty describing and applying a child-centered early childhood education process in their training and assessing the significance of the methods used in early childhood education for children's development. The student has difficulty examining the professional role and job description of an early childhood education social worker as part of a multidisciplinary team. The student finds it difficult to participate in early childhood education cooperation with parents, professionals, and networks. The student has difficulty acting as a responsible member of the team and work community and producing observations to support the planning and development of the activities of the group of children. Their ethical reflection and reasoning are inadequate. Students do not take into account the rights of children and families in their work during their training.
