Objective

The student knows and understands societal changes in the social and health sector, as well as national and international guidelines and norms in the field. The student demonstrates an understanding of the importance of values, customer orientation, and inclusion in the operation, management, and development of the work community and organization. The student understands the changes and impacts brought by digitalization in the social and health sector.

The student demonstrates an understanding of the importance of values and customer orientation.

The student can compare the impacts of addressing societal challenges in the social and health sector. The student can evaluate and reflect on societal changes in the social and health sector, as well as national and international guidelines and norms in the field. The student demonstrates an understanding of the importance of values and customer orientation and reflects on their actions in relation to these.

The student can analyze and evaluate the impacts of addressing societal challenges in the social and health sector. The student can critically reflect on societal changes in the social and health sector, as well as national and international guidelines and norms in the field. The student demonstrates an understanding of the importance of values and customer orientation and critically reflects on their actions in relation to these.
