Objective
The student:
1. Can plan a functional network inside the service system (public, private, and the third sector) for the client’s help and support needs.
2. Can operate in an interdisciplinary and multi-professional network in order to meet the client’s support needs.
3. Can work responsibly as a member of an interdisciplinary and multi-professional team and can lead an interdisciplinary and multi-professional team.
4. Can operate responsibly and ethically when cooperating with different sectors, integrating and designing services in relation to clients, service providers and service organizers.

Pass
The student is familiar with client- and service coordination system and is able to structure a network related to client support needs. The student can analyse the role of a client- and service coordinator as part of interdisciplinary and multi-professional network, and understands the significance of responsible activity as a network member. The student demonstrates his/her responsible and ethically sustainable expertize to work as service co-ordinator. The student is able to justify his/her choices as well as critically reflect on the development of his/her expertize.
