Nutrition is a matter for vigorous debate today. People want to know how to eat well and healthy and without causing burden on the environment. How should the nutrition debate in the media be interpreted? How are professional kitchens going to meet different nutritional challenges?
In the nutrition expert study module the knowhow of nutrition enthusiasts and employees in the catering field will be updated based on examined knowledge. The module covers all fundamental issues within food and nutrition and focuses on special diets and their implementation, development of nutritional quality in an ecological and sustainable manner as well as nutrition communication and education.
The education offers tools to develop food services towards more customer oriented service packages.
