Objective
Students use multi-disciplinary gerontological knowledge to extend and deepen their competence in care and services of older persons. Students know how to analyse and evaluate current challenges in management and development of care from the perspectives of the older people, staff, organization and provision of services and development and management.

Supporting self-determination and customer oriented approach. Challenges in developing and managing care of older persons.
