Objective
The student can evaluate, lead, and develop various (change) processes in social and health care organizations and services. The student understands and can assess the significance of a multi-professional organizational culture, its values, ethics, and diversity in management and development. The student can develop social and health care services in a worker- and customer-oriented, participatory, and effective manner. The student understands the importance of quality and knows various quality improvement methods and quality systems. The student understands, can utilize, and lead multi-professional networks. The student knows and understands the requirements, opportunities, and impacts of digitalization related to expertise, expert organizations, and the development of their processes and services.
