Objective

The student is able to search for and apply employment-related legislation in practice. He is able to draw up a legal employment contract and employment certificate. The student knows the main content of individual and collective labor law and also knows the employee's social security.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to search for and apply to practice the key provisions of individual and collective labor law. He has a very good picture of an employee’s social security.
