Objective

Competence objectives of study unit
The student
• knows how to act in dialogic interaction in different customer situations
• practices their physiotherapy skills in various work and operating environments
• carries out the tasks assigned to the study period together with their student partner
• practices measuring aspects of physical fitness and analyzing results. They use the results in guidance and counselling skills
• carries out customer-oriented physiotherapy in various individual and group situations, taking into account ethical principles when working with clients and different expert teams.
• deepens their professional skills and expertise as their studies progress.

Content

Various public and private sector service organizations, such as schools, kindergartens, rehabilitation and service housing units for the elderly, sports clubs, etc., act as training environments. In these environments, the student can familiarize themselves with the work of a physiotherapist. They acquaint themselves with the functional capacity of a population of different ages, its limitations, and rehabilitation with various physiotherapeutic methods.

• achieves the personal goals they have set and completes the tasks assigned to the period within the agreed timeframe
• recognizes the importance of interaction when working with different individuals and customer groups
• strives to develop their interaction skills
• shows initiative and enthusiasm for their future profession
• actively develops their working life skills
• practices relevant information acquisition while doing course assignments
• evaluates reflectively (organizing what he has learned) their actions in different situations

Fail
Student
• largely (2/3 of the goals) does not achieve the goals set for the course. The working life skills are clearly deficient.
