The student masters the most common stress factors, types of damage, and the repair methods .The student knows the changing effects of conditions on structures and the risks caused by them. The student is able to make commonly-used analyses and draw conclusions based on basic information.

In addition to the abilities above, the student has a good command of what they have learned and is able to apply it. They can also analyze connections between things they have learned. The student is able to make diversified analyses and draw conclusions based on what they have learned.
