Objective
Students will be competent in assessing the impacts changes in the environment outside an enterprise have on the strategy, leadership and organisational culture in the enterprise. They will be able to analyse the relationships between an enterprise's strategy, organisational structure and human resources system. Teaching methods
Teaching is carried out as face-to-face teaching in the classroom. At the end of the course, a supervised exam is organized in the classroom. At the beginning of the course, there is an initial exam, where the students' starting level and learning goals are determined.

The student knows the most important things of management skills very well. He / she is able to apply different methods fluently and change his / her own actions in different management situations of working life and when working with different people, thus adapting his / her management to the situation and the needs of his / her subordinates.
The student is able to act as a member of the work community, plan, promote and implement the activities of the work community. The student knows the working life related legislation well and is able to search information and apply both labor law and the collective agreement to issues arising in employment.
