- General safety in a laboratories
- Basic training in the use of machines in mechanical laboratory
- Basics of CAM-programming
- Basics of automotive technology
- Basics of workmachine technology

No previous studies are required.

Approved
The student controls the grounds of matters that have been presented in the know-how objectives, the safety viewpoints of the working in laboratory and will participate in the laboratory hours as agreed.

Failed
The student does not control basic concepts, the safety of the working in laboratory and/or will not participate in the laboratory hours actively.

The course consists of practical exercises in automotive and machine engineering and mechanical engineering laboratories. In addition, the course includes group work, which is returned and presented at the end of the course.

-The student can compare different automotive engineering solutions and various manufacturing methods in mechanical engineering.
-The student participates in group work.

Failed:
-The student does not understand basic concepts, laboratory safety, and/or does not actively participate in laboratory sessions.
-The student cannot identify basic structures in automotive engineering or fundamental tools in mechanical engineering.
-The student does not participate in group work.
