Objective

The student understands the basics of strategic change, the key models of change management and is able to look at change from the point of view of both personnel and management. After completing the course, the student is able to use change management tools and understand the importance of leadership in implementing change. The student understands the importance of engagement and communication in implementing change.

Content

- planning and implementing strategic and major change
- change management tools and change steps
- change management at the individual, team, and organizational levels
- change in terms of people, organization, and cooperation
- supervisor as a change management leader
- implementation of change in the work community, resistance to change, and consideration of emotions

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to name change management models and shows that he/she is familiar with strategic change and its implementation.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to name the models and emotions of change management as the means of implementing change in the work community. The student demonstrates that he or she is familiar with change management in supervisory work.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student understands the benefits and means of change management in implementing change in the work community. The student is able to apply the most important change in management methods. The student is able to comprehensively evaluate the planning and implementation of change management.
