Objective
The student knows the principles of the learning organization as part of continuous renewal and knows how to apply them in the development of the organization. The student is familiar with system intelligence as a future competence and is able to develop operations according to that. The student is able to utilize intellectual capital as a key competitive factor and knows how to develop competence resources proactively.

Teaching methods
The course is an online implementation. Webinars on Wednesday evenings 5 pm- 8 pm. The course will be in Finnish.
