Students will learn more about renovation and integrate theory and practice.

Examples on projects (3 cr)
- additional heat insulation
- renovating a single construction element
- renovation of windows
- renovation of rainwater system or underdraining
Examples on projects (5-7 cr)
- renovation of facade, roof, foundations etc...
- Construction and / or supervision task
