Objective

The student knows that operations management systems exists and what they mean for business operations. The student can introduce and use basic modules of operations management systems.

Content

- Basics of operations management systems
- customer relationship management
- inventory management
- human resource management systems
- accounting, financial statements and budget management in operations management system

The total number working hours of the course is 55 h of which 45 hours is self study and 10 h contact teaching

Students know the meaning and use of operations management systems in daily business processes.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Students are able to feed basic information to an operations management system and use different modules of an operations management system.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Students can take into use and operate different modules of operating management systems. Students are active in class.
