Objective

The student is able to name key human resource management processes. He/she can explain, how tasks related to these processes are done in practical level. The student can perform HRM tasks with HRM management and as HRM team member. He/She understands the importance of HRM and impact of it.

Content

Human resource management key processes: people planning, resourcing and onboarding, performance management, human resource development, compensation&benefits, wellbeing and early support model.
