Objective

Students:
- are familiar with common qualitative data collection methods used in physiotherapy research
- know common methods of analysis used in qualitative research
- know how to collect appropriate qualitative data
- have basic skills in handling and analysing qualitative data
- know how to keep up to date and use existing research knowledge

Pass
Students understand and have good command of concepts related to research. Students appropriately use and apply qualitative methods of information seeking and analysis typical of the physiotherapy field. Students know how to plan and implement a physiotherapy research or development assignment.

Fail
Students have limited command of concepts related to research. Students are not capable of using or applying the simplest qualitative methods of information seeking and analysis typical of the physiotherapy field. Students are not capable of planning or implementing a physiotherapy research or development assignment.
