Objective

Students recognise various settings for providing social services and sectors for producing welfare, and the respective roles of these sectors and services.

Content

Settings and conditions for the provision of social services. Roles of various sectors in producing welfare. Social service provision and supervision over social service provision.

Is introduced during the course.

Teaching methods

The course material consist of lectures and literature. These and the task(s) that the passing of the course requires are explained when the course begins.

Textual and visual material or visiting lecturers in other than Finnish language are possible.
