Objective
The student is able to:
- use the entrepreneurial knowledge base in the development and management of health care and social work professional environments
- recognize the complexity of entrepreneurship and renew his/her views on entrepreneurship in health care and social work
- acquire knowledge regarding contract law and general contract conditions from the viewpoint of different stakeholders in the procurement
- acquire knowledge concerning essential working life acts and codes of health care and social work

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student is able to describe entrepreneurship in health care and social work, to use the entrepreneurial knowledge base in development and management work. The student is able to describe the main principles of contract law, acquisition law and working life legal acts.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student is able to compare the entrepreneurial knowledge base within different settings in health care and social work, and to implement it in the development and management work. The student is able to compare different acquisition agreements and their effects.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is able to analyze the actual entrepreneurial knowledge base in health care and social work and critically apply it in development and management work. The student is able to analyze and evaluate acquisition agreements from the viewpoints of different stakeholders.
