Objective

Students will understand various research methods and know how to apply them in their thesis work. The course will prepare students for acquiring the type of information they need to do their final thesis.

- Research planning and the structure of the plan
- Making use of the Internet
- Databases in libraries and institutions of higher education

The material is provided via Moodle, additional SeAMK instruction material is also used. As an extra material, the book Tutki ja kirjoita -teokseen (Hirsjärvi, Remes & Sajavaara) is recommended.
