Objective

Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students know the relevant labour legislation and understand the collective labour agreement for the construction field.

Competence in the construction process
Students are familiar with organizational models and management styles, know how to apply creative methods and know the basics of human resources management. Students know the relevant labour legislation and understand the collective labour agreement for the construction field.

Content

Organizations, management competence and activities, management models, basics of work psychology and human resources management, the student?s own manager profile and creativity, Employment Contracts Act, Working Hours Act, Annual Holidays Act and collective agreement for the house construction field.

Students will be informed during the lectures: collective agreement for the house construction field.
