Objective

The student knows the principles of contracting and objectives in building contracts. The student knows the principles of project development.

Content

Land acqusition and planning, models of financing and real estate investing, management of planning in project development. Design contract, piecework contracts and life cycle contract models. Responsibility of designers and head designer.
