Objective
Students will be competent in applying the methods of measuring the physical aspects of a building and utilising instruments for analysing the results of the tests.

- Measuring the air leakage of a building and analysis of the results
- Thermal imaging of a building and analysis of the results
- Measuring moisture in various materials
- Measuring sound in a building
- Other measurements associated with the condition of a building and analysis of the results
