Objective

After completing the course, learners will be able to
-define well-being at work and related concepts.

-identify psychosocial stress factors related to remote nursing work

-develop individual methods for strengthening their own coping, recovery, and work management in digital-age nursing.

-analyze factors affecting well-being in the work community

Content

-Examining well-being at work as a balance between work demands and resources

-The burden and resources of remote care

-Tools for self-assessment of well-being at work

-Ethical burden

-Interaction in the work community

The studies allow for completion according to your own schedule.

Materials

The learning material consists of written, visual and audio learning materials. The learning material is available on DigiCampus.

Teaching methods

The study is conducted online in the DigiCampus learning environment. The study is carried out independently at your own pace during the implementation period. The study does not include joint meetings or time-bound pair or group work. The student familiarizes themselves with the theoretical materials and other learning materials and completes online assignments according to the given instructions. The study requires independent work and scheduling.

Student workload

The workload of the study is designed so that one credit corresponds to an average of 27 hours of student work to achieve the learning objectives. The actual time required varies individually, e.g., due to prior knowledge.

- describe ethical stress and ways to manage it

-identify ways to influence their own well-being at work

-illustrate factors that affect well-being in the work community

Fail: The learner is unable to demonstrate competence in accordance with the assessment criteria for a pass.
