Objective

Learning Objectives 
The student understands the principles of leading hybrid work and comprehends the requirements of supervisory work in a multi-locational organization. The student can evaluate what good leadership is in today's digitalized expert work and recognizes what a good employee experience requires from leaders. The student can assess the leadership skills expected in hybrid work and how they can develop into an expert in leading hybrid work.

This online course is based on six themes:
1. Contemporary leadership in hybrid work
2. Role of technology in leading hybrid work
3. Organizational culture in hybrid work
4. Wellbeing in hybrid work
5. Work-life -balance in hybrid work
6. Sense of fairness and inclusion in hybrid work

* Mini research consists of an interview and a written research report

Assessment Criteria, Satisfactory (1) 
The student is aware of the importance of leading hybrid work in relation to productivity, employee well-being, and organizational culture. The student recognizes the terminology of the subject. The student can explain changes in contemporary work life using the course terminology.

Assessment Criteria, Good (3) 
The student can illustrate the phenomena and principles of hybrid work. The student demonstrates the application of terminology in organizational management. The student can clearly evaluate areas of leading hybrid work and reflect on their own expertise.

Assessment Criteria, Excellent (5) 
The student can analyze and apply researched information about hybrid work and its management. The student demonstrates strong command of terminology and the ability to analyze and evaluate leadership and employee experience, as well as apply research into practice. The student reflects on their own expertise and development in a versatile and in-depth manner.
