Objective

Students will be able to document the project they have completed and compile a project folder according to the SeAMKPro project manual.

Content

Project documents are used to plan and monitor progress throughout the project. Documentation can be used to demonstrate the achievement of project objectives, the quality of work, and what has been agreed. The challenges, mistakes, and successes of the project can be seen in the documentation so that lessons can be learned for future projects.

During the course, a project folder will be created according to the guidelines in the SeAMKPro project manual. This course is an add-on course for projects in the Project Workshop or Wellbeing Labs. In the SeAMKPro project, this lesson is included in the course.

Teaching methods

FULLY INDEPENDENT ONLINE STUDY:

The study is conducted online in the Moodle learning environment. The study is carried out independently at your own pace during the implementation period. The study does not include joint meetings or pair or group work.

The student familiarizes themselves with the theoretical material, completes online assignments / practice project / exam according to the given instructions. The study requires independent work and scheduling.

The workload of the study is designed so that one credit corresponds to an average of 27 hours of student work to achieve the learning objectives. The actual time required varies individually, e.g., due to prior knowledge.

The documents are in line with the instructions and have been carefully prepared.

Further information

Kurssi on tarkoitettu SeAMKin tutkintopiskelijalle, joka on tekmässä ja tehnyt oman ammattialan projektin.

Projektin dokumenttien avulla suunnitellaan ja seurataan projektin aikana sen edistymistä. Dokumentoinnilla voidaan osoittaa projektin tavoitteiden saavuttaminen, työn laatu ja sovitut asiat. Projektissa olleet haasteet, tehdyt virheet ja onnistumiset voidaan nähdä dokumenteista, jolloin niistä voidaan ottaa oppia tulevissa projekteissa.
Opintojaksolla tehdään SeAMKPro-projektikäsikirjan ohjeistuksen mukainen projektikansio. Tämä opinto on lisäopinto esim. Projektipajan tai Wellbeing Labsin projekteihin ja kulttuurituotannon-projekteihin. SeAMKPro-projektissa tämä opinto sisältyy opintojaksoon.
