Objective
Competence in structural engineering
The objective of the studies is to reinforce students’ competence in construction and develop their skills in combining theory with practice. Students are able to design load-bearing structures of a timber-framed house and draw up drawings of the structures.
Competence in the construction process
Students know the nature of project work, the basics of project planning and work, and the concepts related to the project.
Students will be able to independently acquire knowledge that develops communication and interpersonal skills.
