The student can name and can define the central concepts which describe a strategy and the drawing up of it. The student knows strategic planning and management tools.

The student can explain the strategy processes of the business and can produce examples and plans from them. The student knows the principles, models, and tools of strategic planning and management.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student can estimate concepts and can analyze them. The student has the ability to control strategy processes. The student knows how to apply the learned theories of strategy and business knowledge in a goal-oriented and realistic manner using the principles, models, and tools of strategic planning and management.
