Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to use information sources related to intellectual property rights. He knows how to name different intellectual property tools to protect the products. The student recognizes the importance of copyright legislation when drafting a contract.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to independently seek information about legislation on intellectual property rights. He knows how to classify intellectual property rights. The student is able to name the copyright protection measures to be taken into account when concluding the contract.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to search for information about intellectual property law and to apply his / her knowledge to practice. He is able to compare the intellectual property rights of the products. The student is able to evaluate agreements from a copyright point of view.
