Objective

The student understands the company's operating methods and the need for continuous development of the work community and the key methods of development. The student is able to choose appropriate methods for development and apply continuous development methods to his / her own and teamwork.

- VOC = voice of customer, continuous customer need identification and management at the process level

The student is able to name methods of continuous improvement and shows that he/she is familiar with the continuous development of expert work and its benefits.

The student is able to name the methods of continuous development and knows the means and benefits of development. The student is able to apply continuous development methods.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student understands the benefits of continuous improvement and knows the methods. The student is able to apply the most important methods of continuous improvement. The student is able to comprehensively evaluate the planning and implementation of continuous improvement.
