Objective
The student is able to analyze the importance of networking between business enterprises and to describe what forms of networking exists. The student can describe how networks and partnerships are created and developed. The student is able to analyze the structure and operation of networks and identify and evaluate the status of organization in networks and value chains and business logic of the supply chain from the perspective of the customer.

Location and time
The schedules can be found in the timetable at https://lukkarikone.seamk.fi/. Timetables are published for the next six weeks the first six weeks of spring by Christmas. Timetables may be subject to changes.

Teaching methods
The study involves contact teaching and requires attendance at the SEAMK campus.
The course is conducted in the Moodle learning environment. The course requires independent work and scheduling.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student participates satisfactorily in the discussion. The student scarcely analyzes the networks of the case company and presents a concise plan for the development of collaborative networks.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student participates in classroom work quite actively and presents his/her own opinions.
The student is able to prepare an analysis of the case company's networks and presents a fairly comprehensive development plan of cooperating networks
The student can justify the choices of network analysis, showing understanding of the importance of co-operative networks in the development of the company. The student presents understandably the network analysis and development plan of the company's networks.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is actively involved in teaching and presents his/her own analytical views on the issues that are being discussed.
The student is able to draw up a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the case company's networks and an excellent development plan for the cooperation networks.
The student can perfectly justify the choices and presents network analysis clearly and concisely, indicating perfectly understanding the importance of the development of cooperation networks.
