Objective

The student is able to search for and apply in practice matters related to employment, e.g. legislation on protection of dismissal and the rights and obligations of the parties. He/she is able to draw up a valid employment contract and employment certificate. He understands how the parties to an employment relationship must act in order for the work to be done safely.

The student is able to describe the most important principles and contents of the Collective Bargaining Act and the Co-operation Act. He is familiar with the main content of the Working Hours Act and the Annual Leave Act.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student recognizes the most important rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship. He can explain the key principles of the Collective Agreement and Cooperation Act. The student knows the major features of the obligations of the parties to the employment relationship in matters of occupational safety.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student knows how to search for the most important legal regulations related to the employment relationship and apply them in practice. He knows the rights and obligations of the different parties. The student knows well the rights and obligations of the employer and the employee according to the Employment Contracts and Occupational Safety Act.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student knows how to apply the legal provisions regarding the rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship. He knows and knows how to apply the provisions of the Collective Agreement and Cooperation Act in practice. The student has a deep knowledge of the rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship according to the Employment Contracts and Occupational Safety Act.
