The student is able to name and define the key concepts describing the strategy and its preparation and is able to look at business operations with the help of these concepts. The student is familiar with strategic planning and management, and tools.

The student is able to explain business strategy processes and produce examples and plans. The student is familiar with the principles, models, and tools of strategic planning and management.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is able to use concepts to evaluate and analyze what he or she has learned. The student has the ability to control processes. The student is able to apply the theories of strategy and business competence learned in a goal-oriented and realistic way, using the principles, models, and tools of strategic planning and management.
