Objective
Students will learn and build self-confidence in the basic concepts, norms, and special characteristics of Finnish working life and customs. They are able to comprehend the culture behavior and communication in Finnish working life.
Students will learn the basics in working with a multicultural team. They will learn decision-making and adaptability in an international environment. Students are able to self-analyze individual and cultural competences. They will gain confidence to find a job in Finland.

• Assessment of individual and cultural competences.
• Writing of job applications and CVs.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Active participation and discussion of working life topics. Well performed written and oral tasks. Ability to apply what has been learned in working life situations.
