Objective
Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students are aware of the responsibilities of the actors involved in a house building project.
Competence in the construction process
Students understand the significance of construction for society. Students are familiar with the key principles and tasks of construction. They understand the importance of user needs and market conditions in construction. They can draw up a project plan and create a space allocation plan to guide the design process. They understand the importance of selecting designers and supervisors and the basics of consulting agreements.

Students understand the basics of construction. Students can explain how a construction project is developed, at what stage the various aspects of the project need to be addressed, and how. Students are able to draw up a simple project plan that meets the required standards.

Students understand the key aspects of construction. They are able to develop a construction project and influence its various characteristics at different stages. They are able to draw up a project plan for the project.
