Competence in the construction process and economics:
Students recognize the basics of production planning for construction projects. They know the basics of quantity calculation, pricing, and schedule planning.

Students know the nomenclature systems used in housing construction. They are able to make quantity and cost calculations close to the basic level. They also know the basics of the planning of construction sites and time-use planning.

Students know how to use the nomenclature system used in building construction. They know how to make quantity and cost estimates for a construction project. They are also familiar with a few principles of site planning and scheduling.
