Objective

Competence in the construction process
Students are familiar with the terms and conditions used in construction site operations and their special features. They know how the legislation and terms and conditions affect contractual relationships. They learn how to resolve contractual issues based on the contract and contractual terms and conditions. Students know the basics of planning and managing construction site procurement. They can draw up a simple contract. They can distinguish between changes and additional work and know the special measures required for them in a contract.

They understand the basic principles of the responsibilities and obligations of contractual partners. Students know the basics of the two most common contract terms used in the field.

Students are able to define concepts related to procurement management. They can carry out various types of site procurements. They understand the principles of contractual partners' responsibilities. Students know the main points of the two most common contract terms used in the field. Students are familiar with the implications of legislation and contract terms on contractual relationships. They can distinguish between changes and additional work and know the special measures required for them in a construction project.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Students are able to accurately define concepts related to procurement management. They are able to carry out various types of construction site procurements in a comprehensive manner. They understand the principles of the responsibilities and obligations of contractual partners. Students have an excellent understanding of the main points of the two most common contract terms used in the field. Students are familiar with the effects of legislation and contract terms on contractual relationships. They can distinguish between changes and additional work and know the special measures required for them in a construction project. Students can apply their knowledge commendably to different situations in construction projects.
