Objective
- The student understands the principles of agile project management and the key differences compared to traditional project management
- After completing the course, the student recognizes the key elements of the chosen agile method (e.g., Scrum) and knows how to plan a development project based on these
- The student recognizes the factors related to the scaling of agile projects and can evaluate agility in project management also critically

- Agile project management principles
- An overview of different agile methods
- The structure, roles, artifacts, and events of the Scrum development team
- Agile project planning and implementation
- Sprint planning and implementation
- Agile quality management and testing, for example, software development
- Scaling agile methods to larger projects
