Objective

Students are familiar with the junior professional?s work duties and their requirements in construction management.

Content

Familiarisation with work duties, construction techniques, occupational safety and various workplace practices in the field of construction. During this practical training period, students assist senior construction management professionals and engineers in construction management in real work places. Students draw up a report for their practical training period. Students also regularly write learning diaries throughout the practical training period.

Orientation to work tasks, construction techniques, work safety at site or in office.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student gives in the report, the diary and the testimonial to his/her supervisor after the training period.

Assessment methods and criteria

Approved work contract, internship diary, internship report and work certificate. Assessment on a pass/fail scale.
