Objective
Good self-management skills will help managers work purposefully and effectively utilizing their own resources. After completing the course the student understands the significance of self-management. They recognize the factors that affect their behavior as well as their strengths and development sites for self-management in different areas. The student knows the ways to develop self-knowledge and change readiness.

Student workload
Lectures 12 x 3h, simulations 3 x 4h, group works 15h, independent study 50h which include online exerciser n 25h, exam 2h. The course can be completed in approximately two months. Face-to-face studies are about 6h/week.
