Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student knows what parts are in the company's operating environment and can name a few main features of the law governing the operating environment.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can describe the company's operating environment and recognize and know the main features of the law governing the operating environment. The student knows where to get more information about jurisprudence and knows how to apply the key issues of jurisprudence to practice in the company's operating environment.
