Objective
The student is able to act as a contracting party and draft an agreement that is not burdened by interpretive ambiguities. He can describe the legal status of the debtor, the creditor, and the guarantor. The student is able to search for information from legal sources and apply the information he/she finds in practice.

The student is able to search for information from Finlex. The student is able to explain the essential principles of contract law and the promissory notes act. She/he knows the main features of the legal status of the guarantor.

The student is able to search for information from Finlex and other legal databases. The student knows how to apply the rules of contract law and the promissory notes act in practice. The student is well acquainted with the legal status of the guarantor.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is able to search for information from legal databases and knows how to apply the gained knowledge in practice. S/he knows how to operate as a party to a contract. The student is able to explain the legal responsibility of the debtor. The student has a thorough knowledge of the guarantor's legal status.
